I'm very impressed with the response time to email queries and apparent willingness to accommodate my issues. On Sunday, I sent off an email indicating concerns I have with my battery and first thing Monday, Chelsea responded thoroughly and offered me a booking for either Wednesday or Friday. Amazing service despite the fact we turned up unannounced needing a new water pump. They squeezed us in the next day even though they as a family business were having the worst week imaginable, dealing with sudden bereavement. We felt vey humbled as they still provided us with outstanding service under difficult circumstances. Thank you so much.
Fast and efficient service
Wonderful staff here. They don't just do Caravans either. I had a problem with my horse float suspension and they sorted it for me. Give them a call or check them out on Flores Rd. Great products in store too.
We had our caravan booked in for a service and two repairs and they’ve done an awesome job. Great people, great service, easy communication and reasonable prices. Can highly recommend them!
