I tried to make a complaint on a Current Pca on how they are to a member and it came across as it was an inconvenience to them and they couldn’t speak on. Anything due to me not being on the members stuff which is fine and dandy but to sounds so annoyed and not want to hear me out over how the elderly is being treated by someone who suppose to help the is not okay!
The workers are unreliable!!
