⚠️DO NOT GO TO STARLA! ⚠️ Let me save you some heartache I should have walked out after you talked down to my twelve year old daughter for not knowing hair mechanics but I gave you the benefit of the doubt. Boy was I wrong. Your negative demeanor seeps from your every pore and it shows in your work. By far the worst haircut and experience I’ve ever had with a hairdresser.
I would suggest not booking with Starla. Her quality of service and cuts are poor. My wife and daughter have never been treated this way by a hair-dresser before.
This is not customer service. My sister went to get her hair done and her hair was chopped so badly. She only asked for some layers and the lady didn’t even try (we had to fix it at home). Not to mention she didn’t talk to my sister the whole time which is a strange thing to do… Anyways, there’re better options in this town and these guys aren’t it.
I go to Madison and she has never let me and my hair down! She’s done my fun colors (blue and blue ombré) all the way to highlights! All the gals there are so friendly too! I love love LOVE going to Country Style!
The woman was extremely rough with my hair, didn't hardly talk to me cold demeanor, my hair is uneven in the back, I had her put curls in and within minutes of leaving the curls were gone she put no product in to help them stay. Will never come back. When I got home I realized it and started crying. Normally I try to go with the flow when it comes to stuff like this but it was an awful experience and it's much shorter than I asked for.
