I would not even recommend this place. I would just advise her/him to continue looking elsewhere for a place. The place only has one good quality about it: location. They have a country setting, but yet, is close to town. That is it. Of course, if they had someone in management who knew how to deal with conflicts, it would be different. But the manager and other office employees seem to not know how to manage and nor are they friendly. For the last year, I have complained repeatedly about my neighbors. Management sucks, they don't care about their residents just money. I've been told multiple times I never paid my rent when I did so I had to pay double the amount or move. I have a little girl who just turned 2... looking for a new place at the moment isn't an option with having to work. Lots of utilities illegally hooked up costing me a ton of money because "countryside village isn't responsible". Look elsewhere for a place is HIGHLY recommended. After my contract is up I'm out of here!
