I had the chimney swept on the stove Dan installed and the sweeper said it is too close to the roof and needs an extension piece. I had my boys try to get the top off in order to do this to no avail. They think he must have siliconed or cemented it on. I called and talked to Dan on November 27, 2023 and he said he would send someone out. I have left several messages since and here it is in February of 2024 and I haven’t been able to use my pellet stove all winter.
