The level of incompetence was staggering. They failed getting my spouse the appropriate prescribed medications, most notably Warfarin for 12 days, as per the St Charles COAG clinic in Redmond. The "registered" nurse suggested that my spouse needed to go to a chiropractor for his knees, when in fact he had a fractured pelvis, as per the St Charles Redmond ER. The long time staff working at this memory care facility does not respect peoples autonomy and rather they try to control them.
