My company has been doing plumbing work for Country Side Estates for two years now, whether the issue is big or small Dawn the property manager ensures that all of her residents are taken care of and truly cares about what they have to say for feedback. It’s nice to see that there are still people out there who care so much about others. Keep up the good work Dawn!
We've lived here 11 years and 3 years or so ago new ownership took over and of course, 1st thing lot rent increase and after 12 months another increase.. Soooooo within 12 months we had around 30% lot rent increase. And a couple weeks ago we get a notice that yep, another rate increase of 8% and we are retired and as of now in 2025 SS plans on giving retirees a 2.3% cost of living increase.
