I have never come across in my life a pool cleaners like this. The customer service person, especially the accounts section lady is very rude and arrogant and they dont even do the job properly and they send false invoices that never came and done. I never recommend to anyone to use their service. Keep away from them.

I contacted Country Rubber & Foam in good faith over a year ago & was quoted a fair price for liner replacement so I paid a 20% deposit & Was then told nobody could do it. They recommended a friend who does not work for them & was quoted at twice the price for labour. I asked for a refund but was sent another invoice without labour. ALL GOOD NOW, money refunded. They do not replace pool liners any more they said.

I got my Oasis from the Tamworth dudes 2022. I thought I wait a bit before I write a review. Everybody claims to be top notch nowadays. There have been three minor toothing problems in the first year, but Colin and his crew reacted promptly, efficiently and effectively every time. I think that deserves a lot of respect given the fact I am almost 200km away from the shop. Ever since the thing runs like clockwork.
