I was not impressed. I placed this order on Feb 1st to be delivered on Feb 13th. I thought this would be enough time, that they could plan on my order, incase they ran out of supplies. I even left a nice tip because, I know they are busy at this time. I get a call on the 13th that they lost my card information and they needed it again. They said my order should be going out that afternoon. My wife calls me and shows me the flowers that where delivered. The young lady Laura at the country Rose boutique made a sensational Valentine’s Day arrangement for my girlfriend. all the other places pricing were outrageous. She was fairly priced a little underpriced to tell you the truth but she did a fantastic job. The service was excellent. The delivery was excellent. I recommend them to anyone if you are looking to get some sort of floral arrangement for any occasion, she is a wonderful person to work with you should all give them a try.

Spent $100+ on a bouquet that looked nothing like the picture of what I ordered when it was delivered. Tried to give business to a local florist versus something cheaper like 1-800 Flowers and was very disappointed. I outreached customer service before leaving a bad review and was disappointed in that as well. All I received were excuses, no apology or attempt to reconcile the complaint. Would never use again or recommend.
