We had a backed up sewer line issue. Randy kept us updated on arrival time and any changes to ETA - which we greatly appreciated. They showed at the time expected. Country Rooter was efficient at fixing the problem and very informative about the issue. He offered a product for maintenance and discussed future fixes to consider.
