I had a broken leg and couldn’t get my cats in, couldn’t keep any food down them. New in town, didn’t know anyone. Couldn’t walk around or even drive I begged them for help. Come get them, help me get them to you. Anything. They refused any help even though they are 5 mins from my house! Heartless, unfeeling, flat out mean is the front office/phone answering staff. We were there to help our beloved dog Brix cross the rainbow bridge... They took very good care of him and respected the family in such a sad time...
This place is amazing and we have loved using their fast, cost efficient, and relational services. (We moved but really miss quality places like this)
