We are located in the middle of the country which helps to keep our cost and overhead to a minimum and pass the savings on to our customers. Just opened a brand new Parts and Service facility to cater to our ever increasing customer base. We pick up out of town guests from the airport. If I could write I would rate zero Stars not happy with the service department or warranty department was lied to multiple times dealing with issues for over a year they do not care once they sell you the camper if you are seeking a camper please go somewhere else do not go there.
Terrible service. Purchased a camper and less than a year roof was leaking WE had that fixed and then again in exactly 13 months another leak and charged $143.00 just to look at the camper. Of course we wasn’t made aware of this before hand nor was we when given the estimate to fix the camper. When we decided to take the camper to another business to have it fixed that’s when all of the sudden there was a charge. NEVER AGAIN!!
Called them this afternoon for a particular model camper that I wanted to see in person. I was told by the Finance Manager that there was one on the lot but it was sold but I still could look at it and there was another one coming in July 1st. so I drove 30 miles to go see it and it was sitting in a field all ready closed up and the salesman couldnt take me in there to see it so we went to the sales office and I tried to get all the information I could looking at brochures and internet and started getting to the financial b... read more
