Customer service is terrible. They wanna smirk smugly at you before you can even explain what you need and interrupt you with snarky remarks before you can finish explaining your issue.
I have two blow outs on my camper each time Country Roads made the repairs. I’ve had no problems getting them done. Every time I’ve needed advice, parts, or just honest information, Jim or anyone at the front desk are willing to help. We need more businesses like this here local.
They installed a tow bar to my Maverick. It looks like it came from the factory as an option. I didn’t have my motorhome at the time so I did the attachment and adjustment myself afterward. I’ve called Elliot several times for help to fine tune the set up. He walked me through it over the phone to get it perfect.
