We had a clogged sink on a week's spring break vacation. Lori said I'll get someone out to you right away. She was so nice. Then the repair guy Matt arrived and was the friendliness fella on the coast. Super positive attitude regarding our very complex issue. Within 24 hours having to order parts we were as good as new. Always very helpful and knowledgeable. Mat is the best RV mechanic I've ever met. He doesn't mess around. Identifies the problem and takes care of business. The house side has the same attitude. No guessing, just straight forward getterdone. Great place for sales and service. Best around.
