You get passed around from therapist to therapist each visit, therefore making it difficult to receive consistent, personalized care. In addition, they have messed up billing my insurance on numerous occasions yet still demand payment at time of service.
I have been a patient here for 2 different therapies. My first therapy was Ionotophoresis on the left heel. Tiffany did an excellent job on it and I have not had any pain that area since then. My 2nd therapy was for PT on my left knee for a partial menisectomy. I am currently still a patient there. The therapists are very kind and caring and doing a wonderful job on my knee. I would and have recommended these folks to anyone.
