Notably, the motel was exceptionally clean and well-equipped with all necessary amenities, reflecting the excellent management.
I have been travelling between Brisbane and Melbourne for years, and have been staying at this hotel for a long time. The previous operators Pete and Anna would go out of their way to help you in any way that was needed. Unfortunately, the motel has changed hands. This is my second time visiting since then, and was hoping that was I observed on my last visit was just a once off. I guess that’s what you get for the price. But could improve if only concrete on the basics.
Thankyou to the very helpful manager, who assisted us in finding alternative accommodation when we arrived in town very late. We are sorry we were not able to stay due to parking height restriction, you were so helpful, we are so grateful.
