Country Road HOA is the worst HOA you can ever be apart of. If someone would have warned me about the HOA I would have never bought a place here. The area is a great location but dealing with the HOA will make you crazy. They are so controlling to the point where you don’t feel like you own the place but they own you and your property. Please trust me there is other properties close by and I discourage anyone from buying here. You will regret it!
Great place to live. I bought my property 22 years ago, and the value of my house continues increasing. Our HOA management staff are very professionals, and make sure every member of our community follows HOA regulations to maintain our community safe and well organized.
