Frank was so helpful and calm in assessing our issue. He isn’t rushed and doesn’t make you feel pressured to make decisions based on “urgency”. We are so lucky he is so close by! Definitely happy to also be working with a local business that isn’t bought out by private equity rollup (big corp). We couldn’t be happier with our Mitsubishi mini splits installation. We have a beaver log home with no attic so a traditional A/C system would not work. Frank suggested adding heat good to 15 degrees below. The unit cured our A/C needs & also added instant heat. The home is much more comfortable & efficient. We couldn’t be happier with the professional installation & service we received. We Highly recommend this company…
