I recently went into the store and had exceptional customer service from Amelia. She was friendly, attentive and it was a pleasure being served by her.
Got served tonight by a lady named Athena. Customer service was exceptional. Was extremely helpful and lovely to work with

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. One of the staff members (a middle-aged woman at the cashier very end) came across as quite arrogant and spoke in a condescending manner. When I asked for some guidance, she not only refused to help but also said they don’t provide advice, in an unfriendly tone. The interaction felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. How hard is for staff members to check if security tags are removed from clothes before sending the customer home , it is seriously annoying to have to return to store to have security tags removed !
