I had a very disappointing experience at this store yesterday. One of the staff members - the middle-aged woman in fitting room was not nice at all and spoke in a condescending manner. When I asked for assistance she answered in an unfriendly tone and no assistant was even provided. And during the time I was in fitting room she seemed stared at us. Disappointing customer service experience. I was trying to track down a Moss Green Stand Collar Coat in size 6, and after a lengthy live chat, was told the only remaining unit nationwide was at an outlet store an hour+ away. When I asked about placing it on hold, I was told Country Road no longer allows customers to contact stores directly or hold items — everything is first-come, first-served and managed centrally through chat. it’s hit and miss at this store - most of the time the team members are friendly and helpful but this noon (6/9/2026) the female team member was rude and outright rejected my old Trenery clothing which I brought in for their Red Cross Appeal - ‘you’ll have to bring this to Trenery in Camberwell’ she said!!! I’ve always brought in my old CR and Trenery clothing to any CR or Trenery store and so far I’ve never been asked to bring them to another store just because they were the other label!!!

I had a wonderful experience thanks to Ava and Grayce. They both provided exceptional customer service while assisting me with exchanging some items that had been purchased as a gift. They were friendly, patient, and made the whole process quick and completely hassle-free. Nothing was too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to ensure I left with exactly what I needed. It's so refreshing to receive such genuine and professional service. Thank you both for making the experience such a positive one!
