Hannah was awesome to work with - very efficient and super helpful! I found myself in a bit of a bind but she was very understanding and helped me get into an apartment quickly. The complex is well maintained, communication is excellent, and I'm excited to be living here!
Hannah is amazing! She helped us along every step of the application process, answered all of my many many questions, and worked tirelessly to make sure the move in process was easy for us. Recommend working with Hannah for all your move in needs!
Hannah has gone over and above to make my move to this complex simple and worry-free. She stayed with me through the entire process and helped every step of the way. Since I am disabled, she even offered to add a second handrail to the stairs in my unit, for free, to make it easier to climb them which took a lot of worry off my shoulders. Jake, our maintenance tech, is always quick to do maintenance and repairs when they are needed and goes the extra mile with each visit. Hannah was so helpful during our move, she was quick to get things going & get us moved in, answered any concerns i had as well as handled my garage issue right away. Maintenance was quick to respond when my heater was being weird first thing in the morning on Saturday. Jake called me back within minutes, acknowledged my problem & fixed it within 30 minutes.
I can't express how much we love Hannah!!! We've been threw allot this year and she was so helpful,understanding and caring!!!! She cares about people and has a huge heart !!!! Thank you Hannah for everything!!!!
