It's bad here. Trash, pests, and I feel trapped given how expensive it is to move. Massive companies buying and selling this place every few years. Avoid, avoid.
If I could rate it lower than 1 star I would. The manager Hannah has pushed off our move in date for weeks even after approval. Each time for a different excuse and now why this time? So she can go on vacation after she already told us a date for move in. Really wish it would be more efficient. If it weren’t for my in laws we wouldn’t have a place to stay seeing as she keeps pushing out the date. My wife and I picked this place because of the good reviews… DISAPPOINTING.
Very high turn over of staff and managers.
Very High rate of staff turnover. last year The staff had to put out a note to all residents to watch out for someone who goes around bending and folding license plates. Stealing of Vehicle's catalytic converters in the parking lot was happeing at least 3 times last summer. Mice from the field next door can get in the storage units and stink up your belongings.
