Hannah was so helpful during our move, she was quick to get things going & get us moved in, answered any concerns i had as well as handled my garage issue right away. Maintenance was quick to respond when my heater was being weird first thing in the morning on Saturday. Jake called me back within minutes, acknowledged my problem & fixed it within 30 minutes.
I can't express how much we love Hannah!!! We've been threw allot this year and she was so helpful,understanding and caring!!!! She cares about people and has a huge heart !!!! Thank you Hannah for everything!!!!
Here at Country Ranch Apartments, We appreciate the excellent work of our maintenance tech Jake Riggins. He is quick to respond to any request/repair & fixes any problems efficiently. His friendly & professional attitude & hard work is always appreciated!
I had to move in an emergency situation and Hannah who is the Community Manager at Country Ranch Apartments helped me through the process quickly. She also very promptly answered all of my questions and was very kind and communicative. The unit that I applied for was not ready yet so she offered another option. I asked her if we could wait for the unit we wanted and she got maintenance to get that unit completed very quickly.
