I've called more than several times to make a appointment to have my ducts cleaned but have not been able to get a return call. Hoping they will answer one of these times.
We had scheduled an appointment for a date in early November. They were a no show and did not advise us, at any time they were not going to show up. To date mid November we have many attempts to contact them via phone and email, left numerous messages we have had no contact from them. We are very disappointed and would be hard pressed to ever do business with them again.
