My pool turned out beautiful! I couldn't have asked for anything better. Mike and Laura are both very knowledgeable.Mike took great patience in answering all of my questions and concerns. My boyfriend called the store on May 20th, to schedule a hot tub repair. A work order was created and he was told that someone would be in touch. He called again on June 20th, just to confirm that the work order was still open, and was told they were about 6 weeks out. We were not in a rush, so we waited. Six weeks from June 20th was just about the first week of August. He called again on August 13th, and the person he spoke to said he could not find the work order. We have nothing but great things to say about Country Pools. When our new Nordic Spa started having issues with the electrical board after a year of use, they went above and beyond to replace it as soon as possible. We live pretty far from the store in VT and they came out to service our pool multiple times as timely as they could. We appreciate Laura and Mike for being so knowledgeable and providing excellent service. They came highly recommended for good reason.
completely dishonest and price gauging used car salesman tactics they do not deliver on what they promise but will gladly take your money and run! shysters!
Great service, fast and professional. Mike got our hot tub up and running again very quickly, so there was no damage from the freezing temps. We will definitely be calling if we have problems with our above-ground pool and hot tub in the future!
