My boyfriend called the store on May 20th, to schedule a hot tub repair. A work order was created and he was told that someone would be in touch. He called again on June 20th, just to confirm that the work order was still open, and was told they were about 6 weeks out. We were not in a rush, so we waited. We have nothing but great things to say about Country Pools. When our new Nordic Spa started having issues with the electrical board after a year of use, they went above and beyond to replace it as soon as possible. We live pretty far from the store in VT and they came out to service our pool multiple times as timely as they could. We appreciate Laura and Mike for being so knowledgeable and providing excellent service. They came highly recommended for good reason.
