Absolutely wonderful company to work with! My husband and I bought a refurbished hot tub from them last year. The staff was friendly, very professsional, and well trained in their area of expertise. We had a few hiccups with the hot tub but everyone in the company was more than helpful and we are very happy with the products and the service we were given. Would definately recommend. Their customer service is outstanding.

These people are as decitful as it comes. They told us one thing and didnt do it. The electric has to be redone not up to code. Concrete is no good. Asked from get go all cost assured us there were none, absolutely not true! They're costs are Thousands of dollars. To bond a pool $3200.00 when in reality $340. Go someplace else!

Not good..purchased hot tub. Delivered, had to use our electric from our old hot tub to install hot tub. Never told us that. Big problem is hot tub should be 104 degrees max. It never gets that hot..I tested it and it only reaches 100 degrees. They returned twice an checked it with their digital equipment and said it was 104 degrees an by law that was as hot as allowed. Never changed anything. Waste of money for me as it is not hot enough.

Do not do any business with this company! I wish I could give them negative stars. We had an above ground pool installed only 3 summers ago and it is now sitting empty and beyond repair... thousands of dollars, wasted! The pool shifted and buckled within one month. They made an agreement with us to drain and repair the bottom of the pool. The owner then tried to charge us more than double what the agreement was. Installed a new liner for me , leaked since day one. Paid them to fix it still leaked, had a leak detection co they recommended come and fix it it still leaking. made 100s of phone calls over a 3 year period, huge cost in water , my basement flooded the 3 years the linear leaking, talked to owner again, they didn't show 2 more times, said I was going to take him to court, John said"go ahead we have good lawyers" and I suppose they do with the other bad reviews on here, maybe they should get some good pool people instead.

This company is deceitful. They tell you they have to charge a $350 hazmat fee to get rid of an old pool liner. In reality, the trash company will take it and charge you nothing. Recycling points will also take it. This company openly lies and takes advantage of customers. Absolutely no concept of customer service and everyone knows it has been that way for years.

Give your business to anyone else. Ordered water to be delivered over four times in 2013 which was over $1,000. We live in an area with water issues - dry wells, etc. You pay for 5000 gallons no matter what - fine. If they come and you aren't ready they charge you, if you want the water put in more than one place and they have to move - they charge you. No customer service whatsoever, driver was rude. They know they got you and take advantage of it.
