I've dealt with the Butler location and I purchased an above ground pool from them. They were very kind and patient in helping me decide which one to choose also they explained everything to me and everything they explained was right on with the process. They were very prompt installing my pool and I've had friends visit to swim who have pools and all have remarked on what a professional job they did with my pool (the way it's set up, no wrinkles in my liner) everything was perfect. Buyer beware and stay far away from this company! 9 complaints from the BBB and I'm going to be number 10. Purchased our pool April 27, 2015. We were told the week of Memorial Day it would be installed. No calls, no return phone calls, and nobody shows up. The second week of June they came and excavated, dumped the sand, and brought our pool kit explaining they will be back to install the following morning between 630-7 am. do not use this company! They installed a liner for me, leaked since day 1, paid two other times to fix the leak its still leaking. 100s of calls, 1000s of $ in water and expenses, after they blew me of two times this year, I said I was taking them to court over it even gave them 2weeks to fix it . John the owner says"go ahead we have good attorneys" and with all the bad reviews im finding on them everywhere I bet they do. maybe they should get some good pool guys instead?
Been dealing with water issues with my hottub and finally took it to get it tested. The girl that tested my water was really friendly and super knowledgeable about what was going on and how to fix it. If you are having water problems I definitely recommend bringing water to sales lady with the dark hair!
