I'm writing this review on my last night staying here (I wish it had come sooner) but unfortunately I was staying on a work visit. Was greeted by a seemingly hostile reception worker that's first question was "do you smoke or vape" not welcome or any sort of professional or friendly comment. Followed by "what's your name". Rooms are good for the price and comfortable . Not fancy like a 5 star - but you would not expect that at the price level . Location is a 15 minute drive to Canberra city and easy to get to .

Booked for a colleague, but his trip got cancelled . Tried to ask them to allow us to change dates to 1 week later, but the answer was no and we got charged for 2 nights. The room was then onsold again as there was no availability when we checked later … Good business strategy

Well priced hotel in Queanbeyan with great hosts . They provide a delicious menu for dinner and breakfast with very attentive service . The rooms are comfortable with electric blanket and a good aircon which keeps you warm.

I stayed for one night in Room 29 and had a very unpleasant experience. At check-in, the older man at the reception gave me an access card and mentioned that it might take a few tries to open the door because of the cold weather, something I found odd. It ended up taking me 10 minutes to get into the room, and I assumed that was just how their system worked.
