owner of the motel is very understanding and a great guy. had some troubles on booking.com and he gave us a free night for the stuff around
Lovely place, really dog friendly as well. Comfortable beds and very clean. I would highly recommend anyone who has a little furbaby to stay here, the service is absolutely lovely.
If I could give a 0 I would, we were affected by weather in NQ and we couldn’t make our booking (not that they even rang to confirm our arrival time or if we were still coming) we asked for the fee to be waived due to the weather and flooding which they declined. Poor Aussie service.
Had a really lovely experience here. Stayed here for one night with my son. The gentleman at reception was very friendly, warm and welcoming, the room was extremely clean, nice quiet atmosphere, no undesirables, great value for money. Would definitely stay again!
