I have owned my home since the community was built out of pasture-land on the outskirts of S Tacoma. The Country Place HOA Board has worked tirelessly to keep all of the amenities (Rec center, 2 pools, tennis courts, basketball court, playground, RV Lot in great condition while keeping maintenance fees reasonable. The HOA is well managed and rules are adequately enforced for the well being of everyone in the community.
The management is a nightmare, non-responsive, you pay maintenance fee's for nothing.
