Neighbors are as rude as they come (see pictures of neighbors parking wherever they please). The Board and HOA are useless - they take your money but never assist you with any issues. Contractors show up unannounced constantly and tear up your property because there is zero communication in this community. Be prepared to be disrespected, harassed, and disregarded. Overall, horrible place to live and I very much regret ever moving here.
My family and I have been almost 8 years and we enjoy it. There have been issues in the past, as with any community. You'll never not have an issue inside of an HOA community, those are just facts. The current Board is brand new (I'm a current Officer) and is working hard to turn things around from the animosity that has built over the years, but it takes time.
