My family and I have been almost 8 years and we enjoy it. There have been issues in the past, as with any community. You'll never not have an issue inside of an HOA community, those are just facts. The current Board is brand new (I'm a current Officer) and is working hard to turn things around from the animosity that has built over the years, but it takes time. Great pool- Apple Maps gives errors
Neighbors are as rude as they come (see pictures of neighbors parking wherever they please). The Board and HOA are useless - they take your money but never assist you with any issues. Contractors show up unannounced constantly and tear up your property because there is zero communication in this community. Overall, horrible place to live and I very much regret ever moving here.
I have lived in community for 4 years, this community is full of bullies. They speak and treat the African American residents in a very shameful way. Basically asking for freedom papers to proof you live in the community. They harass black and brown residents, they want leasing papers even though they are not land lords. What’s that about are other races asked to show proof of their residency. In the winter the snow is never shoveled in front of my home.
