Used to be the best park in Pasco....but the corporate owners just continue to raise their lot rent without giving more for your money.
Used to be an awesome place to live. Now the corporate owner keeps raising the lot rent so that people can't afford to live there.
Lot rents are high, because its "Trinity". Makes it hard to resell our homes. Friendly, helpful neighbors. Friendly people.
