Used to be a great place to live but that's been destroyed by corporate greed.
Love this place
Absolutely beautiful community. Great place to Live, make friends and have your furry friends. The community offers a very beautiful residential atmosphere. Very clean and resort style. Homes are beautiful and not over priced.
Used to be the best park in Pasco....but the corporate owners just continue to raise their lot rent without giving more for your money.
