Used to be an awesome place to live. Now the corporate owner keeps raising the lot rent so that people can't afford to live there.
Lot rents are high, because its "Trinity". Makes it hard to resell our homes. Friendly, helpful neighbors. Friendly people.
Lovely place to live with friendly neighbours and no run down shacks!!! The lot rent is a little high at just over $1000/month but it’s cheaper by a long shot than buying a house in this economy and no property taxes! This is one of the best life decisions I’ve ever made, just wish I had done it years ago.
