Country Place Village is a 55+, gated community. It is very welcoming and friendly. The people living here are wonderful. It’s the perfect retirement community. It has a beautiful club house which hosts dinners, dances, community events and activities of all interests. It also hosts a large, well kept pool with a plethora of all kinds of water activities. Lot rents are high, because its "Trinity". Makes it hard to resell our homes. Friendly, helpful neighbors. Lots of Elderly priced out of their homes..
