Lovely place to live. Beautiful scenery, and a great community. Office manager Maridula and Carson are approachable and helpful. Only draw backs are no real amenities ie, pool or clubhouse or on site off leash area. Lake is accessible however it is a smaller lake and during the summer months absolutely packed and for the most part unavailable.
We love loved the 3 years we spent living in country pines clean quite friendly…. Maridula and Karston have Made the place much nicer and friendlier to live in we will miss both of them Sorry to leave but we would like to be closer to our grandchildren
Much better place to live since the takeover and management Maridula and Carson are doing a good job.
The only good thing about living at country pines is the water. Chocking dust from the gravel pit behind us ,with no help from management.Upon leaving after 17 months Parkbridge extorted $262.50 from us for what reason we don’t know. They say it’s to answer questions when the lawyer calls when closing the sale.
