Not had a great experience with the owners of this business... be careful is all you need to know.
We recently purchased 2 "balranald" jackets and a lined vest in Longreach and later discovered one of the jackets was an "older model" that didn't include the hood. I contacted this crew with the issue and was initially told a hood would be sent to me. The next day they changed their mind and said I would have to pay for it. Considering the "older model" was no cheaper without the hood, and that we spent over $800 with them that day I would have thought the fair thing to do is spring for a hood.
