Absolutely useless after 12 weeks of being promised to get supports I have nothing and they won’t release my medical documents they obtained , they gave my psychiatrist reports to a dietician’ iv since found out they were not to be released to anyone but ndis and even cobh arnt ment to read them ‘ ndis has said they can’t get my documents and they were rude to my ndis coordination . Waste of time, I dont have enough time in the day, to tell you how, bad this organisation is. I get that they get paid for each client, but I'm still trying to understand why. Don't go, there thinking you will get help. Another government run department, that is useless, yes the staff are kind, but that's there job. Am very disappointed and will contact the relevant department, to let them know, while I sit back to get a letter or email or phone call to justify there jobs. Said they would contact me each week to touch base. Never happened. Just got palmed of to another agency. Please would someone let me know what these people get paid to do. I can sit and listen to people and tell them where to go for help as well. Sent there via 2 other health places, only to be told to go to the place for help that sent me there in the first place. Is it lack of communication or do they just not care. The more clients they have, the more funding they get, but for what. I want a job like this, easy money. I ... read more
