Have lived here for 2 years. Good price on rent. Park manager is rude and constantly harassing me. Yard floods every time it rains. Like ankle deep. Yard sat in water for 2 weeks. Don't live here unless you have a boat
Recommended5 Stars This is a great spot for living/renting a place down in Rockport. The price is fair, the owner of the park, Mrs. Corwin, is very kind, and helpful, and it's located a couple miles away from the town, which is nice. The place has 20 lots or so, so it's a small community of people living there. There is also a nice little pond, and pavilion right next to the pond, so you are able to have parties, or just enjoy the day right there in the park. Beautiful place just outside of town. And the nicest park mananger. Would definitely recommend staying here
