During the holiday season I was having an issue with my AC/Heating unit and within a timely manner the issue was resolved by Jose who is always thorough friendly and professional.
Maintenance guy, Jose, is awesome and his work ethic is amazing! Anytime we have an issue, he always shows up time mannerly, has great knowledge, and is extremely respectful! We appreciate his willingness to help!

I had given 5 stars originally but I just feel like since living here that’s changed. The community is nice except for some loud neighbors here and there. It’s filled with kids who play which is nice to see kids still being kids, very family oriented. My issue is the first time I ever had to put in a work order the form had me fill out my priority status for it, slowly leaking sink wasn’t that big of a priority so I put low status, took about a week and some for them to come out and check it out. I’ve lived in the Country Oaks Mobile home community for over 13 years and I can definitely say that this is one of the best places I’ve lived. I’ve always felt safe here. Most neighbors keep to themselves and it’s quiet here for the most part. I’ve recently decided to move to a trailer in the same community right across the street from my current location and CeCe has made the process very easy and stress free. I would recommend anyone to live in this neighborhood
