Wonderful response time to our AC being out! Ordered the part needed and repaired AC within days.
Jose came and fixed the toilet in just a few minutes! He was polite and very professional! Thanks again!!!
I absolutely love living in this community. The front office manager Mrs. Cici is absolutely wonderful. I’ve never had a better Maintenence man than Jose, he is quick and very Attentive to any needs. I’m so glad I’ve been blessed as a resident here, I never wanna live anywhere else.
Jose from maintenance is absolutely amazing. I had issues with the AC not cooling. My coils were dirty. He took the time to explain to me the reason why it wasn't working and freezing up. He showed me the best way to keep it clean. I learned so much about my hvac that it'll stay squeaky clean. Thank you Jose! He is a gem.
I was having an issue with my AC/Heating unit and within a timely manner the issue was resolved by Jose who is always thorough friendly and professional
