I am a very new resident here and cici has been amazing understanding very classy, very respectful and very fast at what she does and Lupe the maintenance man is also amazing. I locked myself out. He came and open the door. They came and removed my trash because it was full when I moved in, brought me a new trash Like so far. I love it here I give them five star review. During the holiday season I was having an issue with my AC/Heating unit and within a timely manner the issue was resolved by Jose who is always thorough friendly and professional.
Maintenance guy, Jose, is awesome and his work ethic is amazing! Anytime we have an issue, he always shows up time mannerly, has great knowledge, and is extremely respectful! We appreciate his willingness to help!

I had given 5 stars originally but I just feel like since living here that’s changed. The community is nice except for some loud neighbors here and there. It’s filled with kids who play which is nice to see kids still being kids, very family oriented. My issue is the first time I ever had to put in a work order the form had me fill out my priority status for it, slowly leaking sink wasn’t that big of a priority so I put low status, took about a week and some for them to come out and check it out.
