I had given 5 stars originally but I just feel like since living here that’s changed. The community is nice except for some loud neighbors here and there. It’s filled with kids who play which is nice to see kids still being kids, very family oriented. My issue is the first time I ever had to put in a work order the form had me fill out my priority status for it, slowly leaking sink wasn’t that big of a priority so I put low status, took about a week and some for them to come out and check it out. I’ve lived in the Country Oaks Mobile home community for over 13 years and I can definitely say that this is one of the best places I’ve lived. I’ve always felt safe here. Most neighbors keep to themselves and it’s quiet here for the most part. I’ve recently decided to move to a trailer in the same community right across the street from my current location and CeCe has made the process very easy and stress free. I would recommend anyone to live in this neighborhood
I am a very new resident here and cici has been amazing understanding very classy, very respectful and very fast at what she does and Lupe the maintenance man is also amazing. I locked myself out. He came and open the door. They came and removed my trash because it was full when I moved in, brought me a new trash Like so far. I love it here I give them five star review. I will highly recommend you guys come and check them out and it’s so peaceful even the air feels fresh and new.
Such a great place to live! Cici is truly the best. Can’t beat great staff.
