service department Kayla is terrific. They are having some issues with mechanics recently. Long waits for oil changes even with an appointment.
Made an appointment for full detail almost 2 weeks ago and got confirmation this past Saturday all set with loaner vehicle but arrive today 5 minutes before the appointment and was politely greeted and said I have a loaner vehicle set aside and got response from both service advisors oh sorry the loaner vehicle you had reserved never came back and oh well but we can give a shuttle locally for a few hours. Went for a scratch off prize said I won 5 grand wasted my time trying to sell me a car. Part 2 brought our 2021 car in for its 15 k oil change and the person who put my car in said it needed a fuel injector cleaning very expensive. This is not even recommended in our booklet that came in the car. Now that car is out of warranty having my local garage take care of it.. To.bad they lost a re peat customer...
Great service department
I only have my Nissan Murano serviced at Country Nissan in Hadley. Heather in Customer Service is exceptional, but unfortunately I will not be back due to my recent service experience. I made an appointment to have my brakes repaired, was told I needed calipers. I agreed to have everything done. Nissan picked me up from work which was great, drove my car home and the next day I was driving and my car was making ALOT of noise (front end felt shaky and it sounded like a tool was left in my front end).
