Horrible experience with the so-called “drama queen” staff member. She showed no respect, was very aggressive, and was rude when I made a basic request to have my nails shaped evenly and neatly. They charge ridiculously high prices, $25 extra for the simplest design imaginable, just a tiny dot on each nail. At one point, when I asked her to fix the shape of one nail to match the others, she handed me the tool and told me to do it myself, which was extremely unprofessional.
