Deceptive name the word mobile is in the name of the park but when I called she said they don't rent spots you need a manufactured home I don't know what's going on over there friendly enough person I guess but you can't call it a mobile park that doesn't allow mobile
There trailers there for the most part was built in the 70's before COVID you could pick one up from $3000 to $5000 now they value them at $30,000 to $40,000 and where they get those prices is beyond me. They do fix some up to look nice but under it all it's still an old trailer
Terrible management.
