I am very disappointed in the way my interview process was handled. I felt as if I was more than qualified for the position. When can down to making a selection and calling all of my references and getting very favorably feed back, the younger female, Caucasian was chosen. I felt as if my experience and maturity should have landed me that position without question.,
I would first like to start by saying that Country Meadows is a beautiful facility. But, as most of us know, beauty is only skin deep. Since selling their home and moving to Country Meadows in October of 2012, my grandparents have had nothing but sub-par treatment from the staff. My grandmother is in Independent Living and my grandfather resides in the Alzheimer’s/dementia unit, being unable to care for himself anymore.
