The facility is very clean and is constantly being updated for the residents. The staff is so nice and respectful. They work long hard hours and are always cheerful to the residents. My mom is in the memory care and this is a challenge for anyone. I can't say enough about how great I think they all are.

We are very pleased with the staff and facilities at Country Meadows West York. We moved my cousin there when she could no longer live alone in her house. The caretakers and staff there are all very friendly and go out of their way to make sure the residents and their family feel welcome. They quickly evaluated her needs and enrolled her in physical therapy and the Connections activity club. The improvement in her physical appearance and mental wellbeing has been dramatic. My wife, Trish, was a hospice volunteer for about 12 years and saw people in many of the local assisted living facilities. When my parents were considering which one to choose her answer was that many of the local facilities and staffs were good however Country Meadows was the best overall. She was right. As and aside, the kitchen is exceptional in variety and preparation.

We were looking for a place that could provide a clean, safe, and healthy environment for our parents. What we found was so much more. The staff at Country Meadows knows every resident. They treat everyone like they are family. They put the needs and safety of the residents first, and everyone just pitches in to do what needs to be done, regardless of their title or position.
