What a wonderful change I see in my 93 year old father after a few weeks of moving into Country Meadows (Forks). He is so much more social with his neighbors and more vibrant when we come to visit. We are thrilled that he is happy and safe living at Country Meadows and he's only 12 minutes from our home.
The staff is friendly, attentive, and professional. The facilities are clean and well kept. The planned activities Are great
Connections residents are continuously left out of activities. The activities director always takes her favorites, the same high functioning residents out and everyone else is plopped in front of the tv with nothing to do. I’ve seen it multiple times. Patti the ED is rude and snarky. She is nasty to family members, and the residents themselves. She does not care about their wants or needs.
