The receptionists are warm, friendly and everybody knows my name! Actually, many of the care-giving staff do too!
My father has been at Country Meadows for a few months now, following surgery. Everyone we have encountered has been very welcoming. The staff is friendly, attentive, and professional. The facilities are clean and well kept. It's comforting to know that he is in a safe place and well cared for. He is looking for to making new friends!

I found Country Meadows of Forks when searching for respite care for my life partner of 39 years, who has Alzheimer’s. He is now a resident in the memory connections section. I have been happy with the care he is receiving, he has been a handful at times, but they are working with him. The staff and everyone I worked with have been wonderful, especially Erin. I am happy I found Country Meadows.
