They "sold" me a trailer that they said would be renovated as well as installing new stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. The place is uninhabitable. There is mold and rot throughout the unit. One place they actually put floor covering over a hole in the floor you can see through to the ground. The furnace is unusable. the roof and windows leak profusely.
