From the top to the bottom, this is the absolute best place I've lived in a long time Terry and Brandy at the office are fabulous. Good people who take their jobs seriously and handle any and all maintenance issues as quick as an hour! Great job to their maintenance man. Mr. Colby and of course Terry and Brandy, absolutely five stars would be eight if it was possible

Sidewalk and parking lot filled with debris for the customer to step on and step over. Grade: C-
Lot fee is to high and goes up every year . They don’t do anything for the fee to be high or raised , Don’t even cut your grass with this fee. Front area needs cleaning . Houses are to close together no space .
We lived here for 8 years and loved it. It’s secluded and clean and they have guidelines to keep the community up. The pool was always really nice during the summer. We moved, but we miss the place and our neighbors!
