This is a horrible place to live! Management does not keep up maintenance on the park (fence was falling apart even before a car hit it). It has also been brought to the property managements owner and management (Natalie and Malory), that cars in the park have been vandalized and siphoned, but they refuse to do anything about it. For the disabled and elderly people on the property, there is not even a way to pay their monthly rent payment without going up the stairs to managements office or paying online and getting charged ... read more

Clean & quiet neighbor oriented family mobile home park. Nice location close to all the businesses & schools.

Old park! We’ve lived here for 29 years and it gone downhill. Management has been a turnover for years. The manufacturers homes are rundown tarp on roof boats and junky cars in driveway and grass area. When you look at the park from 76Th st the fence is falling apart. It use to be a nice clean park back in the day!
