We live in a different mobile home owned by the shysters they ignore you when you need something fixed and then they try to kick you out when you complain about it too much. Not a good idea to rent anything from cairn communities
On their website they post pictures of very nice well-kept park with well-kept yards and nice road, but when I went to see what it looked like in person, it was rundown. All the trailers are falling apart and it was very cramped with bad road. I actually drove by it first since it didn't look anything like on their website. Very creepy and scary place! I drove through it as quickly as I could and made sure my doors were locked.
