We are currently moving out of the park but since Shannon has taken over as manager, things have been so much better since we moved in almost 10 years ago! We've had our fair share of violations, rowdy neighbors, theft, etc. But at the end of the day, we are responsible for our own homes & children. I don't ask for a lot, but when I do. I ask Shannon and she is super helpful. Articulate in the way she speaks and makes sure that im okay. With all the problems I have going on she has always made sure to let me know if I need help to let her know. I want to say thank you for being a great manager and supporting the people that live in our park. Thank you again!
Just moved into Country Meadows and it’s the perfect starter home—clean, cozy, and already feels like home. Shannon was amazing to work with. She was super helpful, easy to communicate with, and helped us move in as soon as possible, which made the whole process so much less stressful. Highly recommend Shannon and Country Meadows to anyone looking for a great place!
Don’t be fooled by new homes and new residents five star reviews, long‑time home owners know the truth. When you are trying to sell a home you are going to look like a best friend to anyone willing to sign. Repeated prolonged power outages multiple times a year, ignored boil‑water notices, off‑leash aggressive dogs, and bullying kids go unaddressed.
