My sister bought a place here in January, Shannon the manager blows my doors, ive never seen any manager like her, she got home from work only to help my sister with land scaping, today she's handing out ice cream to kids, she deserves a big raise
I've been in Country Meadows for 4mos now and it has been a very pleasant experience! Shannon has been wonderfully helpful getting my family settled! I often see her engaging with others in the community which feels personable and connecting! The community is quiet and feels safe; even taking a night time walk! Neighbors have been civil, and I even had a neighbor let me know I left my interior car light on! A cozy place to live!
We are currently moving out of the park but since Shannon has taken over as manager, things have been so much better since we moved in almost 10 years ago! We've had our fair share of violations, rowdy neighbors, theft, etc. But at the end of the day, we are responsible for our own homes & children.
