Never a dull moment here! If you enjoy privacy and not being called vulgar names then I would highly discourage the decision to live here. Rent is guaranteed to increase every 6 months and don't expect any improvements to the park! The roads have so many potholes you will definitely have suspension problems with your vehicle. There are a lot of dogs with responsible owners but there are dogs that are loose and have bitten more than once.
Management is disrespectful rude and think he can talk to ppl any way he wants
It is quiet, except for the Forth of July, when the people in Pebble Shores Circle let off big loud fire works.
