Country Lock & Key came after hours to help me unlock my car at the dog park this morning. The locksmith took the time to explain to me how i can get reimbursed through my insurance for this. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future!

Tanner (I believe was his name) was awesome, good humored and fast, and really knew what he was doing. I had drove to spokane to pick up the key he had to replace (since it was my only one....) and not knowing better put my old key in the ignition and locked the anti theft system up. thankfully he was just up the road from where I was and helped me get it up and running again no questions asked. I highly reccomend these guys (especially the one who helped me).

I had an issue with a deadbolt. I called the after hours number and they were amazing. I was able to speak to Matt and when I explained my issue, he was very hepful. The time for someone to come out was beyond resonable. I did not end up having to have someone come out. However, just the customer service, professionalism and advise will make me a lifetime customer. I highly recommed this company for any and all locksmith needs!!!! This company is a keeper.

My daughter lost her car keys and we called Country Lock and Key. We were given an estimate and Tanner Rowley came to help. There were major issues with the cars anti-theft system and at one point it seemed we were going to have to pay a tow truck to get it to the dealership and reset the computer or replace the halo. Called them to replace a broken door know that I couldn't get out myself and they were able to come out the same day to fix it. It took him an hour to fix it but he finally got it, they installed a new door know for us and all for just $75. Very reasonable and again prompt excellent service.

Made a copy of ignition key. Told me a new replacement would be $140 if we lost the ignition key they made. Now, Tanner, the employee who copied the key denies having said and done that and Brian the guy who has been answering the phone is calling us dishonest. Untrustworthy. Do not use this company.
