Brought a set of keys in to have duplicated. Brought my own blanks. I called down there a few days ago and asked if they would duplicate my car key and i would supply the blanks. I was told yes but that their would be no guarantee that they would work correctly and that there would be no warranty and I was ok with that. How do you come in and not finish something and charge $300? My husband and I were able to get a key, a remote start, and an unlock for $80.

By far the worst service I ever have received unbelievable that you guys sent someone out to do a job and he wasn’t able to do it then charge me $300 when he couldn’t even program my key wasted my whole cash I’m beyond angry
