There were holes on every wall from the previous tenants, we told the property manager about the constant drip from the kitchen faucet (never got fixed) the maintenance guy replaced our toilet and threw away the hook that my sons potty chair hung on without asking if it was ours. We had to deep clean before we moved in and we cleaned it when we moved out.
