Lots of problems with building my garage. Took 4 inspections before passing. It's now 2022 and my garage is 3.5 years old. I just replaced the shingles. They blew off in a wind storm and when we looked at them...the covering over the tar was never removed. The staples were the only thing holding them down. You should look elsewhere for a contractor.
Filled out their online questionnaire for more info and haven't heard anything back, if this is how they do business, I'll go through somebody else to buy a home.
